Call for a QuoteCommercial Window Cleaning DisclaimerBy approving this commercial estimate, work order, or service agreement, the Client agrees that See True Windows LLC is not liable for pre-existing glass damage, water intrusion from degraded seals, or unavoidable micro-scratches caused by scraping manufacturing defects ("fabricating debris") on tempered safety glass. The Client acknowledges that high-reach water-fed pole systems utilizing pure water can dislodge pre-existing oxidation or fail weathered seals, and the company is not responsible for resulting frame bleeding or leakage. Advanced hard water restoration treatments cannot reverse permanent mineral etching or pitting, and 100% stain removal is not guaranteed. Unobstructed property access must be provided, including securing security clearances, gate codes, or facility compliance; failure to provide access results in skipped windows billed at the full rate or a $50.00 lockout fee. Payment is due on the same day services are rendered. A 3-day grace period is provided before a $30.00 late fee is applied to the commercial balance, recurring every 30 days.
